- Chatting: 15-25 XP a message, once a minute
- Voice: 5 XP a minute in voice with at least one other person
- Squad nights: 100 XP for turning up when you said you would
- Weekly challenges: bonus XP for completing them, new ones every Monday in #weekly-challenges

The season board starts from zero each WARDOGS season, so everyone has a shot. The top 3 when it ends get the Season Champion role. Use /rank in the Discord to see exactly where you are. Badges come from squad nights, clip of the week and being thanked with /thanks when you help someone out.
